GWIN is designed with privacy at its core. When you use the on-device IDE, your code, projects, and files remain entirely on your device in local browser storage (IndexedDB). We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your source code or project files.

For cloud-enabled features (Pro and Team plans), we may collect: account registration information (email, name), usage analytics (feature adoption, session duration), and crash reports to improve product stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information collected is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve GWIN services. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

For Free tier users, all data resides in client-side browser storage. For Pro and Team users, cloud-synced data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct regular penetration testing.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@gwin.dev. GDPR and CCPA rights are fully supported.
